Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping Australia wide for all orders over $40.
Do you offer shipping Internationally?
At this stage, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand but we'll be looking at selling internationally soon!

How can I track my package?
You will receive an email with a link to track your order!
Do you offer refunds or returns?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase or offer a replacement if you wish. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Are the Sneaker Display cases easy to assemble?
Yes! Our display cases are super easy to assemble in a few simple steps. An assembly guide is provided with your order which shows you step by step instructions.
What size are the display cases?
22cm (height) x 36cm (width) x 28.5cm(depth)
What size sneakers fit in the cases?
Our display cases fit up to a US15 high top sneaker.
Are the cases stackable and how do they open?
Yes! Our sneaker cases can be stacked in any configuration you desire. Our cases lock in from the top and bottom and sides so they are fixed into each other.
Our sneaker cases are side view openings with two magnets holding the door closed.
What happens if there is a broken or missing part?
If there are any issues once your order have been delivered, please send us an email at admin@monstakicks.com.au or contact use via the message app within the website with photos of the damaged part and we will arrange replacement parts to be sent out to you ASAP.
